The Challenge
Repos Energy is an India-based fuel tech company founded by two entrepreneurs in their early 20s, backed twice by the late Ratan Tata Sir. The brand was already making waves — pioneering doorstep fuel delivery and building a mission-driven company from the ground up.
But their digital presence wasn't keeping pace with the story they were living. The brand had extraordinary people, culture, and purpose — none of which was showing up in their content. The feed looked like every other corporate social account: product posts, generic graphics, nothing that made you feel anything.
Our Approach
We made a deliberate choice to lead with people, not product. The founders, the team, the daily reality of building something new — this was the real story of Repos. We developed a content strategy built around human-first storytelling that captured the energy and conviction behind the brand.
Every piece of content was designed with intention. Photography that felt raw and real. Captions that read like journal entries, not press releases. Reels that showed the behind-the-scenes grind. Not content that fills a feed. Content that moves people.
We built a consistent visual language that matched the brand's ambition — bold, purposeful, and distinctly Repos. The aesthetic evolved alongside the brand as it grew, always staying a step ahead of the curve.
The Results
Within months of the new strategy, engagement tripled. The account started attracting the kind of followers that matter — industry people, potential talent, journalists, and customers who genuinely connected with the mission.
12,000+ new followers were added organically. Reach and impressions grew significantly. But more than the numbers, Repos Energy finally had a social presence that matched who they actually are.
